Associate Professor Dimitris Angelakis was invited by publisher Springer to contribute the book to a series on Quantum Science and Technology. It's aimed at graduate students and researchers in the field.
"It's a broad representation of the state of the art of the field, by different groups in different countries, ranging from theory to experiment and covering all the platforms", he says.
Associate Professor D. Angelakis co-authored one chapter with his collaborators as well as editing the other submissions. That involved inviting the contributions and coordinating among the authors to avoid repetition and ensure good coverage of the field.
